With so much hurt and hardship in the world, it’s these moments in sharing hope that we cherish.
Recently we shared how Lowes of Independence, MO partnered with Set Apart Farms to bless an amazing Veteran family that has been going through some hardship. This Veteran family of 8 has faced some serious challenges lately with the health of their 10 year old son. With medical appointments, labs, and medication, they quickly found themselves in a financial crisis. To make matters worse, during this time their refrigerator stopped working. The Lowes store in Independence, MO really stepped up big by replacing their broken refrigerator and provided an air purifier to assist with their son’s health condition, and some house fans because the family’s central A/C unit had stopped working about a year ago.
They didn't stop there!
Independence Lowe’s reached back out to Set Apart Farms and let us know they wanted to do more. Through one of Lowe’s amazing programs known as Hometown Hero’s Project, Independence Lowes collaborated with Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, Rooter & Electrical to bless this family with a brand-new central A/C unit.
